Founded in 2007, The Girard Law Group provides businesses with the ability to utilize top-notch legal counsel on an "as-needed" basis.

Our Community Associations Practice Group serves clients throughout Chicago.  Homeowner and condominium associations, as well as cooperatives have multi-faceted legal needs. These include drafting and negotiating service contracts, rules and regulations interpretation and enforcement, alternative dispute resolution, assessment collection, developer transition, fair housing compliance, and litigation assistance.

 

Using both a team and cross-disciplinary approach, our Community Associations Practice Group brings together attorneys with expertise in corporate law, bankruptcy, collections, litigation, and real estate.
